Adv. Meir Alzem is a partner in the firm and manages the firm's civil and commercial litigation department.
Adv. Alzem has a wealth of experience in civil and commercial litigation, including in commercial liquidation and asset distribution, recovery programs, and legal proceedings relating to infrastructure and development. Adv. Alzem also provides ongoing legal counsel to managers and shareholders in commercial and civil law.
Over the past twenty-six years, Adv. Alzem has been involved in large and complex liquidation proceedings, representing municipalities, contractor companies, private companies, and banks. Adv. Alzem has also served as Israel's Official Receiver as well as a company liquidator.
Adv. Alzem's professional experience includes consulting and representing municipalities, municipal companies, private companies, agricultural companies, and shareholders. Adv. Alzem has also represented mayors in state courts as well is in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Adv. Alzem also provides ongoing legal counsel in the field of administrative law, including tender law, and improvement and development taxes.
Adv. Alzem was an external advisor to the firm before joining the firm in 2018.
